Returns Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will cheerfully accept your return and refund you for your contact lenses.  We only refund boxes in ‘as new’ condition.

If you need to send back your contact lenses please include a copy of your tax invoice receipt and a note explaining the reason for return.  When we receive your return we will contact you via email or phone to arrange refund or replacement of your lenses.

If your prescription has changed and you need lenses in your new prescritption.  Place a new order for your new prescription and return your unopened/undamaged lenses to us. 

Custom orders and 'made to order lenses' can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been received by our system.

A $15.00 fee will apply to each return processed when a new order is not placed

Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded

We do not accept any responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipment.  Returns can take up to 1 week to process.
